New Salon Policies

Glo Salon will open Saturday May 9th, with some restrictions of course.The health and safety of our clients, our staff and our loved ones remain the utmost priority. We appreciate your cooperation with our new salon policies below.

We expect the salon to be very busy during the first several weeks so please be patient.  Appointment times will be spread out to allow for sanitizing before the arrival of each client.  Please use our appointment request form  or call (303) 968-4222. Leave a message with your contact info and desired service and we will call you within 1 business day to get you in the book. We will do our best to get everyone in as soon as possible.

COVID-19 has changed the way we live, at least for the foreseeable future. Welcome to the new normal. Please review these salon policies prior to your appointment and if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us!

Sick Policy

We cannot accept sick clients of any kind. If you are ill or have been exposed to anyone with flu-like symptoms within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us to reschedule. We’ll get you back in the book as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you're sick and need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, don't worry. All cancellation fees will be waived during this time to ensure that our salon is a safe environment for everyone.


Because the salon will be limited to a max of 10 occupants at a time, only the client receiving the service will be permitted in the salon. Maintain a distance of 6 feet from others in the lobby area while waiting for your appointment to begin. If you would feel more comfortable outside, you may wait in your car and wait for our call.

Face Masks & Gloves

Both clients and stylists must wear a protective facial mask in the salon. Clients may choose to wear gloves. We ask that you bring your own protective items to your appointment but we will have extras on hand for those that need them.  


Our salon is well stocked with hand sanitizers, wipes and cleaning products. All stations, capes, and high touch surfaces will be disinfected on a rigorous schedule. We apologize in advance for any disruption.

Hand Washing

Our stylists will wash their hands for 20 seconds before each service, and they will ask each client to do the same. We’ll have a nice selection of hand washes at the sink!
