Arrives in 4–8 business days. We cover the cost—always.

Rush Shipping – Arrives in 2 business days
Upgrade fee applies. A faster option for time-sensitive orders that don’t require overnight delivery.

Express Shipping – Next Business Day Delivery
Upgrade fee applies. Delivers one business day after shipment. Orders must be placed before 12 PM MT (Monday–Friday) to qualify for next-day delivery.

Overnight Shipping – Fastest Delivery Available
Upgrade fee applies. Ships and delivers overnight on the next business day. Ideal for urgent orders—perfect for last-minute events. Orders placed after 12 PM MT may ship the following business day.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM MT are processed the next business day.

Important Note on “Next Day” vs. “Overnight”:
Carrier services labeled “Next Day Air” do not guarantee same-day shipment or Saturday delivery. “Next Day” refers to delivery one business day after the order is shipped—not necessarily the day after it is placed. For time-critical deliveries, please select Overnight Shipping and note that orders placed after 12 PM MT may ship the following business day.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Accuracy

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Delivery

Packages are delivered directly to your mailbox or doorstep. If your delivery location is considered unsecured, your package may be held at a nearby facility for pickup.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.

If your order isn’t quite right, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• The Clip Ins must be unopened, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Final sale items may be exchanged for store credit
• Styling tools & accessories are Final Sale and eligible for store credit only

Every set includes a tester weft. Use it to assess color before unsealing the full set. Once the netting is opened on the clip-ins, we cannot accept the return.

1. To initiate a return or exchange, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Make you you give us your order number and shipping ZIP code when you contact us.

2. Keep extensions sealed in original packaging.

Refund Timeline

Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days of arrival. Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional processing time.

If you live in the Denver area, you can come into the salon for a free quick color match! We can help you select a shade in between clients, often within a day or two.

Need your hair in a hurry? Book a color match and purchase the hair same day. If you don't live locally, we can do a color match virtually and expedite your purchase.

Purchasing online? We can do a virtual color match for you, or you can follow these tips to selecting your best shade.

Stand in front of a window or find a sunlit spot to see your hair’s true tones before picking a match then compare your shade to our model images. Each of our shade blends shows multiple model shots to represent different lighting. Our color swatch images use neutral lighting and are super accurate.

Step 2: Focus on how your color appears from mid-to-ends

Your mid-lengths and ends tell the real story—especially if you highlight, balayage, or color your hair. That’s where your clip-ins should blend seamlessly. Focus on the pictures of each color swatch - we've photographed them in neutral lighting so that they give the most accurate representation of what the color will look like.

Pro Tip: Take a few photos of your hair in natural light, focusing on the mid-to-ends, so you have a reference when selecting your shade. Trust us—it makes all the difference.

The secret to natural looking extensions is the blend. The color, the texture, and the density. When adding in clip in extensions, if you pack on too much hair, it won't look natural. But here's something you may not realize: if you have a smaller head or ultra-fine hair, a Mini Set might be all you need for a full transformation. if your head is on the petite side, a full set of clip-ins extensions can seem bulky, feel heavy, or just plain overwhelming. To install your clip in extension panels, you'll need a few tools:

• sectioning comb
• hair clips
• hair brush
• mirror with a separate hand mirror
• curling iron or flat iron for styling (optional) but no hotter than 320-360 degrees

Lay out your hair pieces and open up each clip by holding the edges and popping the middle up. Practice opening and closing a few times to get the hang of it. The wider panels are for the middle of your head, temple to temple.  The smaller panels are for the top and sides of your head. For fine hair, the golden rule is to stay below the natural curvature of your head.

Brush your hair to remove any tangles. Work in sections, lightly teasing the root of each section to help the clips attach.
