The team at Glo Extensions Denver follows all the latest hair color trends are we're excited to share them with you. We've been seeing a lot of subtle highlights that are less chunky and more natural looking than seasons past. Vivid colors are getting deeper, dipping into the darker shades on the spectrum. Platinum shades are moving in a buttery blonde direction. And there more hair color options than ever before, no matter your natural shade!
We love hair color and what it can do for your already amazing style. Hair color adds shine and dimension, and on hair that tends to be fine or limp, it can actually create some body. We are passionate about customizing that special haircut and hair color just for you, so give Glo Extensions Denver a call. Bronde Hair Color – A Fusion of Blonde & Brown
Bronde is a low-maintenance, highlighted blend of blonde and brown tones which started in 2017 and is still going strong for 2018. This winning hair color combo will warm up your skin tone, and will add dimension and life to your hair. Bronde hair, with its fusion of blonde and brown with some sun-kissed pieces around the face will allow you to keep a little bit of summer with you.
Golden Yellow Blonde Hair
In 2018, blonde hair shades are moving away from platinum blonde in favor of a more yellow blonde. The hair color is a buttery blonde but not at all brassy.
Chocolate Brown Hair
Go for an all over chocolate brown hair color, or add some caramel highlights. If you're a brunette with blonde highlights, why not switch it up and accent with shades of mauve, or deep tones of Bordeaux and Merlot. Wine and chocolate pair perfectly together and they’re on trend for brunettes this season.
Fiery Orange to Rich Copper Hair Colors
These tones are more vivid and dramatic than rose gold hair or blorange hair. Think earthy tones of burnt orange and rich mahogany. For a more subtle look, ask for flashes of copper using lowlights.
Balayage for winter
The balayage trend continues its rise but we are seeing a less of that very blonde ‘two tone’ hair in favor of a more subtle, warmer version for the colder season. Here are two winter balayage ideas to try that are subtly beautiful and very easy to maintain:
- Golden Blonde Ombre with dark roots to light ends using a very subtle transition.
- Tiger’s Eye Balayage for brunettes or dark blondes combining multiple soft brown colors in highlights and lowlights.
If you like to make a statement with bold vivid color, then you’ll love the jewel tone hair color trend. Think sapphire, amethyst and emerald tones, or imagine all three blending into each other on a dark base color. If you’re not ready to go bold all over, how amethyst and midnight blue ombre highlights just on the ends of brunette hair.
